Diary of Goddess: Life Lessons Learned

I started this blog in HS, when I was this materialistic, but saying I wasn't materialistic first to start a blog and thought my life was so fab since all I did was school, shop, & friends. Fast forward 4 years later, I became this college student that realized that college life wasn't like the movies and MY struggle began...Some 10 years from HS and here I am, living my dream of going to law school, bringing a whole new meaning to MY struggle…

No. 102

I have six minutes to type out all this before I watch primetime television. Pardon my errors.

One, somewhat excited about the CF with all my friends, but my tru homie g won't be there :(

Two, just was thinking about how President Bush says he never breaks the law, but I thought, " when you're driving down the street, you're telling me at any given time you'll be driving the speed limit?"

Three, I understand why my piano teacher can only get a job at Prosser. She has a music degree and is pretty damn good, better than what i've ever had, so I don't really know what the top level is, but I'd say she is good. She wanted to give me one piece this week, so I explained to her that she would like me to practice using my Piano on Contract time of 50 minutes each days with the exception of Wednesdays of 40 minutes to just play one piece that consists of two pages? She said, "right, we never find another one..." Sometimes, I really wonder

Four, Miss Anime Freak asked me the most stupid question in the world. We're going to the CF tomorrow. There is one in Bellevue and one in Seattle. We reside in Bellevue, she asks me, "what one are we going to, the Bellevue one or the Seattle one?" Geez, yes let's drive for like 30 minutes and kill ourselves finding parking so we can go to the Seattle one, when we can just go to the Bellevue one and pull into some slant parking that's easy as hell? Sometimes, I just don't understand how ignorant people can be, or stupid.

Five, It really pisses me off that state colleges don't pick the brightest, but rather the ones that will help them make money the most. I realized that all the good sports players are going to the U, while our really good scholars who actually take proper classes besides assistant and coffee maker, have to wait, and wait, and we're still waiting for our acception letters. It makes me mad, that they'd be so unethical, yet it is correct since they have to make money too.

Ok, must go watch Primetime telly.

I'll tell you about my semi-ish orgasm at University Bookstore later, and it involves highlighters.
