I just realized that there is this chef at this restaurant that thinks he has created the most pretigious restaurant in Seattle. He prides himself on his menu varying a different palate then most people are use to with remarkably high prices-100+ per person. He even has the nerve to come out and tell a couple why they can't order the cheese dessert as an appetizer. It seems that he's trying to create an ultra chic snotty restaurant when there isn't a crowd appropriate for that. What does he think he is, trying to make the Seattlites something they're not. It's quite amusing, and it'll just be a matter of time...
