Diary of Goddess: Life Lessons Learned

I started this blog in HS, when I was this materialistic, but saying I wasn't materialistic first to start a blog and thought my life was so fab since all I did was school, shop, & friends. Fast forward 4 years later, I became this college student that realized that college life wasn't like the movies and MY struggle began...Some 10 years from HS and here I am, living my dream of going to law school, bringing a whole new meaning to MY struggle…

No. 44

Ok, totally forgot to blog yesterday. The truth was I wasn't gonna lie, I actually fell asleep. I didn't go out with my friends and get wildly drunk, I fell asleep. Today, we got a new DVD player. I was tempted to go buy Princess Diaries. I have this whole thing about Princess Diaries. I LOVE IT. I seriously wanted to get teh sound track, but I was kinda cheap. I got both of the books too. I couldn't even wait for the second one to come out on paperback. That's how bad it is. I never had that type of book when I was a kid, that's probably why I didn't read as much. I'm really elated today. I went to Wal-Mart. It really makes me happy, I mean all the middle class people spending their money to make Walton even more rich while they have no worries going on. I mean, the biggest thing they're probably worried about is if you're a man and married, did I get everything on the list, if you're a women, god can't my kids just shut up? I mean, think about it, they don't know any better of the world and they're so joyous because it's not a work day for most of them. I also got a Winnie the Pooh bouncy ball for $1.97. Very joyous for me, I love all things Winnie the Pooh and was tempted to buy Winnie the Pooh Valentines, but I refrained because I didn't need to buy 32 of them. I knew they would just sit and be unused and go yellow with time. I did some math, I love Bath and Body Works lotion. It comes in 8 fl. oz. for 12 bucks. There's this new lotion that all prevents hair from growing back thick, it's from Jergens. Forgot the time, but it comes in 19.9 fl. oz. for about 6.97. I got two of the Jergins which cost me about 14 dollars for a good 40 fl. oz. of lotion. If I went to Bath and Body Works and I got 40 fl. oz. of lotion, it would have cost me 60 bucks. Can you believe that? I rather give my money to a texas cowboy than to some Bath and Body Works that doesn't even have a website, plus I really want like it and it works too. I don't have to shave as much.
